St. Vincent's HealthCare started with 100 Facebook followers in 2010. By the end of my tenure we had grown to 23,000+ — second only to Mayo Clinic in the Jacksonville market and ahead of every other Ascension Health ministry in the country.
The growth wasn't driven by ad spend. It was driven by a content strategy rooted in patient stories, physician expertise, and community health education that gave our audience a genuine reason to engage.
