Managing social media for Wounded Warrior Project meant stewarding one of the most engaged veteran audiences in the country — 3.5 million+ followers across four platforms. By anchoring our strategy in authentic warrior storytelling and data-driven content planning, my team achieved engagement rates 3x higher than peer nonprofits and drove significant follower and engagement growth year over year — as the charts below illustrate.
